Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Production Worker to join our food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products, maintaining food safety standards, and keeping up with production schedules. This is a fast-paced, team-focused environment where consistency, safety, and attention to detail are key. Starting pay is $14.00.Hr Looking to have you start today!

Responsibilities
- Follow Production Schedules: Adhere to daily production plans and timelines to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order fulfillment.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation: Consistently uphold sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, etc.).
- Perform Quality Checks: Inspect products for consistency, quality, and proper packaging, reporting any defects or deviations immediately.
- Handle Raw Materials and Finished Products: Load ingredients, move products through different stages of production, and prepare finished goods for storage or shipping.
- Monitor Equipment Performance: Identify and report mechanical issues or safety hazards to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow all company safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and contribute to a safe working environment.
The essential functions of this role include:
