Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Workday Recruiting module.
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and resolve errors related to Workday Recruiting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting and organizational data.
- Support mass data uploads using Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams on enhancements, testing, and implementation activities.
- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Generate and distribute reports to support business operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with established controls, policies, and procedures.
- Leverage 10+ years of HRIS experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Workday Recruiting.
- Utilize strong knowledge of HR processes and their integration throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Workday Onboarding, broader Workday HCM modules (Compensation, Talent, Core HCM), and supporting HR shared services organizations.
- Position requires working CST (Monday Friday, 8am 5pm) and participation in video interviews.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
