Job Description

Job Summary

The UiPath Developer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions while supporting next-generation Agentic AI initiatives using the UiPath platform. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, compliance, and citizen service delivery for Tennessee State Government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions.
  • Build attended, unattended, and scheduled bots.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows.
  • Develop enterprise-grade logging, monitoring, auditing, and exception handling.
  • Create reusable automation components and frameworks.
  • Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, document management systems, and cloud platforms.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize production bots.
  • Prepare technical documentation and workflow diagrams.
  • Support digital modernization initiatives across government agencies.
