We are looking for an Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise intelligent automation solutions within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and enterprise automation technologies.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Build and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator.
Design automation workflows that are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Develop integrations with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and third party systems.
Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation platform issues to ensure reliable system performance.
Develop dashboards and reports to support operational visibility and business decision making.
Support automation initiatives throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross functional teams to deliver automation solutions.
Contribute to automation governance, documentation standards, and Center of Excellence initiatives.
Evaluate emerging automation, artificial intelligence, and low code technologies to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development or intelligent automation.
Hands on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
Experience developing integrations using APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of automation architecture, workflow development, and enterprise automation.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
Knowledge of automation governance, security, and Center of Excellence practices.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage.
