Job Description:

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Developer with proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform's suites of tools to lead the design and development of custom, low-code business applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations.
• This role provides technical leadership, establishes standards working together with our Solution Architect, Quality Engineers and other developers, and collaborates with business users to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns
• Establish standards, and best practices in the adoption and usage of Power Platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and solution approach
• Ensure compliance with security, DLP policies, and SOX controls
• Design integrations with APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of application development or systems analysis experience
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience using Power Platform tools
• Proven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience designing client solutions and integrations
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server
• Experience with Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and advanced Dataverse design
• Working knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (React and Angular)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience mentoring or leading team members
• Working knowledge of UiPath or other RPA tools
