Job Description

Burnett Specialists seeks a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute high-impact strategies across paid search, organic search, and AI-driven platforms. This hands-on, strategic role focuses on driving qualified leads and measurable revenue through data-backed marketing efforts. Based in Houston, TX on-site. Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Bing with strong focus on ROI optimization and cost-per-lead reduction
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic visibility, and drive qualified traffic
• Drive AI and LLM optimization initiatives to position content within ChatGPT, Google AI, and emerging search platforms
• Support website updates, content creation, and overall digital presence management using WordPress and related CMS tools
• Generate, nurture, and optimize lead flow (MQLs and SQLs) with direct accountability to revenue targets
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA, keyword rankings, and pipeline growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEM and SEO experience in B2B marketing environments
• Proven experience marketing high-value, solution-based products or technical services
• Expertise with Google Ads, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce Dynamics or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of AI search optimization and LLM platforms including ChatGPT and Google Gemini
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable results tied directly to marketing-qualified leads and revenue
• Technical proficiency with WordPress, marketing analytics tools, and CRM platforms

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced Google Analytics 4 and attribution modeling
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead scoring systems
• Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, and site performance optimization
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization
• Background in B2B SaaS or professional services marketing
