Job Description

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Data Gathering & Preparation: Collect and validate data from approved sources, ensuring accuracy and readiness for impactful analysis that drives organizational decisions. Build a foundation of data excellence that stakeholders can trust.
• Analysis & Visualization: Leverage SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to unlock insights from complex datasets, develop innovative business decision models, and create compelling dashboards that tell meaningful data stories. Transform raw numbers into visual narratives that inspire action.
• Reporting & Communication: Transform raw data into clear, actionable reports and presentations that resonate with stakeholders, translating complex findings into strategic recommendations that drive real business outcomes. Be the voice that turns data into decisions.
• Problem-Solving & Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, conduct root-cause analyses, and collaborate on data-driven solutions. Dive deep into performance trends to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner.
• Performance Monitoring: Design and build sophisticated monitoring frameworks and KPI dashboards that empower leaders to track operational excellence and make informed decisions in real-time. Create the visibility that drives organizational success.
• Project Leadership & Growth: Take ownership of meaningful projects of increasing complexity under the mentorship of senior analysts, building expertise while contributing to high-impact organizational initiatives. Grow your skills while making a visible difference.
• Compliance & Data Governance: Champion data integrity and governance standards, ensuring all analyses meet healthcare regulations and organizational best practices. Be a steward of data quality and organizational trust.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, finance, operations, and leadership teams to generate insights that shape strategic direction and operational excellence. Develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations to design analytics that truly matter and influence key decisions.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation of data flows and processes while actively contributing to team knowledge through insights, best practices, and mentoring opportunities. Build a culture of continuous learning and shared expertise.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Actively engage in professional development through training, industry webinars, and skill-building opportunities to stay at the forefront of business intelligence innovation. Explore emerging tools and methodologies that keep our analytics capabilities competitive.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•  2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and engineering problem-solving skills.
•  Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
