Murphy & Co Design is looking for an enthusiastic entry-level AutoCAD Technician & Visual Illustrator to grow with our team. What You Will Bring To The Team

• A strong interest in developing accurate, thoughtful construction documents in AutoCAD, with mentoring available as you build your skills.
• Experience or interest in creating 3D visuals using Rhino 3D and Lumion.
• A detail-oriented mindset and pride in producing high-quality work.
• A friendly, professional, respectful, and collaborative approach.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A general understanding of construction technology and building systems.
• A general understanding of 3D drawing development, with mentoring available to support your growth.

In this role, you will create 3D renderings of our projects and help develop construction documents in AutoCAD under the guidance of an AutoCAD Project Manager. You will assist with technical drawings for residential interiors and exteriors, participate in internal team meetings, and support 3D work as projects evolve. This position is designed for someone ready to learn, contribute, and grow, with training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities available.
